Welcome to your CLIENT AREA DASHBOARD.

Let's help and explain this so you can get comfortable with all the functions

 

Client Detail Block: Even though this is a demo account, your credentials ought to be displayed in

the blue block 3 located in the upper left quadrant. You may proceed by selecting Update to enter your

information if it is not complete. Furthermore, it's important to know that these particulars will be printed on your invoices.

 

 

Let's explain these functions:

Services Option:  you can manage your subscriptions in depth here. Simply click on services and then click on the active service you want to manage

Once you have selected the service you want to manage the below pictures should come into view.

 

 

Here you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription, Process cancellation, and Add additional functionalities like spam and anti-hacking functionalities.

YOu can also add a new email to your subscription as you can see I have added ADMIN@thespitifreshop.co.za to my subscription and given the email address a password.

 

QUICK SHORT CUTS:

EMAIL ACCOUNTS

Here you can manage your email accounts in the whole company, and it gives you the ability to

1) Change the email password to any one of the email accounts created

2) Share or supply email credentials like INcoming and outgoing port numbers and server names

3) Manage the storage of each email account or set it unlimited.

you can also add forwarders to your emails as well as Autoresponders from her.

 

WEBSITE ACCESS:  You can also access your website's back end via the menu on the left

Under actions simply click on log into cpanel.

 

Once you have logged in navigate to the left-hand side to find the option 

WordPress Manager by Spitfire package installer and then click on Log in.

 

 

Please note: If you have just signed up, your website back end will only be visible once the domain has populated or has successfully transferred to us.

 

DOMAINS:

Here you can Manage and renew your domain. A notification system has been set up with WhatsApp to warn clients of domain expiry.

This notification will go out 15, 7 and 1 day before the domain expiry. YOu can also view the domain status and also all the information regarding the domain

 

Click on renew to view the renewal dates and status. To renew your domain simply add to the cart and check out.

INVOICES:

You can view all paid and outstanding invoices in this section. Payments are automatically credited to the appropriate invoice and the invoice's status is updated

upon receipt of payment. Additionally, it is possible to submit manual payments through this page; in such cases, the invoice will be assigned automatically and its status will be updated.

Kindly be advised that the debit or credit card associated with this subscription must be used at all times. Should a card become misplaced or expire, kindly reach out to our team without

delay for further assistance. You will receive a new subscription link as soon as you have communicated with our team and obtained the new card. In addition, failure to notify our team may

result in the imposition of late fees on your account, since the subscription payment will not be processed. If a manual payment is executed using a card that is not associated

with this subscription, the card will be debited for the amount paid. However, due to the subscription-based nature of this service, no allocation or update of the payment or invoice status will occur.

Only the card that has received digital approval from the bank will be acknowledged. The client still must ensure that their payment system is current in the presence of our team.

The responsibility for late payment fees does not rest with Spitfirewebsties, as the end user neglected to notify the accounts team. Simply send an email to info@spitfiremultimedia.co.za, and a member

of our staff will initiate contact with Payfast. Typically, this process requires a maximum of 48 hours. Upon updating your card details via the payment link provided by Payfast, you will be notified via

email of the updated card information and the successful completion of the update.

 

TICKETS: 

Here you can view all your support tickets that are currently still open. Once a support team member has answered the ticket you will receive a WhatsApp.

Please note that support tickets have a 24-48 hours turnaround on Managed subscriptions and self-managed subscriptions 24-72 hours.

Priority support can be purchased to get your tickets done first.

 

RECENT NEWS & HOSTING AGREEMENT:

We publish a monthly newsletter that provides information on the current and following months every two months.

After the publication of a newsletter, you will be notified through WhatsApp of the most recent developments; it is strongly

advised that you review the content. Spitfire cannot in any way be held liable for any overlooked information

or accept "I did not know" as an acceptable response, as we notify all of our clients worldwide via WhatsApp, a daily-used application,

of any new information. Please accept our apologies if we proceed with updates, upgrades, or any other viable information while overlooking it.

While it is explicitly stated in our terms that upgrades may be implemented without prior notice to maintain efficient service provision, we consistently

strive to ensure that all parties are well-informed. It is common knowledge that there will always be one, and regrettably,

we are unable to fulfil the demand for one. 

HOSTING AGREEMENT:

Once you have accepted the terms and agreement whilst signing up, the hosting agreement will become active In your footer. Please ensure that you read the

agreement so you are informed of all of our terms of service. Spitfire will in no way shape or form be liable for any losses or damages, due to the information not being understood or read.
