STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

let's ensure that you cancel your services without difficulty.

Step 1: Proceed to your Client area

Step 2: Click on services 

Step 3: Open the service you would like to cancel 

Step 4: Click on Cancel service

 

 

THINGS TO NOTE:

1) Please ensure that you have read the cancellation terms before requesting a cancellation

 - These terms can be found in the Hosting agreement at the bottom of your client area.

2) Ensure you are viable to cancel before you cancel.

3) All subscriptions are based on a 12-month agreement except for the " Build it yourself" subscriptions which can be cancelled anytime.

4) Cancelation requires a 30-day notice period. 

5) if you cancel before your 12-month contract expires you will be liable for the balance on the contract + the 30days notice.

6) Please remember this is a subscription-based service.

7 ) All subscriptions end on the 25th of FEB after the debit order run. If you signed up in December

your subscription will end in Feb and Auto-renew 7 days after for another 12 months.

If no cancellation is submitted by the 25th of Jan the subscription will auto-renew.

 

Please note you can't cancel on the 25th of FEB and expect the subscription to be cancelled, the system is not set up 

that way. If you do not cancel 30 days prior a termination of that subscription can be ordered and so the system will auto-renew your subscription

 

THINGS TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION:

Auto-renewal is used by millions of subscription companies across the globe. Why? 

simple because if a subscription cannot auto-renew even companies as big as Microsoft would be out of business.

Imagine running a business and your whole working day comes to an end because you are unable to get support to assist you with licence renewal.

Support is based in South America and you're based in Australia? 

 

A 30-day cancellation is needed so the termination paperwork can be filled out and the system can be notified to end the subscription.

Also, we need to ensure this is done by the contract holder, as we work with sensitive data, and so we are not able to cancel subscriptions

via a marketing manager or anybody else, accept the contract holder.
