Why does this happen?
This can happen due to a few reasons, one of which is your internet connection is not stable. Normally when
you hotsport from a mobile phone or you are on wifi " meaning your Laptop or desktop is not connected via a Cable
the wifi signals can cause an inconsistent feed. This can also happen because of a firewall wall or security settings from your
machine
How do I fix this?
Firstly, Check that your emails are sent and received from the server side. To do this follow these simple steps
Step 1: Log into your client area
Step 2: Go to services and open the active service
Step 3: Navigate to the left-hand side menu "action" and click on log into Cpanel.
Step 4: Open email accounts, and find the email you want to test, then on the right-hand side click on the check email option.
Step 5: If the mail account did not automatically open click the check box and say open
Step 7: Compose an email and send a mail from the server. You will receive a mail-sent message ( in Green) in the bottom right-hand corner
if successful. If not contact your service advisor.
