What is causing this Error?

Usually, this problem happens when there is a full email box and more room needs to be allocated.

The email account us being limited and the fact that you have the option to limit your emails and have

them unlimited on the new subscriptions may be the reason for this issue if you have lately upgraded

to Unlimited Solutions. To manage the amount of space the subscription requires, some clients

cap their subscriptions; other clients can reset the mail to limitless.

 

How do I fix this 

Step 1: Open your client area and click on services

Step 2: Open the active service

Step 3: On the left-hand side under the Actions menu Click on "Log into Cpanel" or scroll down and find email accounts under the Quick Shortcuts menu

Step 4: Click on Open Email accounts 

Step 5: Click the Manage option on the email that is full and allocate more space to that email box

 

Step 6: Click save at the bottom and the problem is solved.
