STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
1) Log into your client area
2) on the dashboard click on services
3) op the service you would like to upgrade
4) select upgrade/ downgrade from the Left-hand side menu
5) Next select the upgrade option you would like to upgrade to
7) Please note if you don't see the subscription you want, then it means that the subscription that you are on can not be upgraded to that offer.
Your subscription must be cancelled and you'll have to resubscribe. Please contact our team before doing so. Subscriptions can't always downgrade so it's important
