Simple Step-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: Open your Microsoft Outlook
** If you don't have Outlook we can provide it at R350 once-off installation cost and R150 licence fee per year.
** Also make sure you have the correct outlook. The Mail app from Windows has now upgraded its name to OUTLOOK NEW
Please note: THIS IS NOT OUTLOOK!!
Step 2: Click on File and then Account setting

STEP 3: Click account setting again
For security reasons, we are not able to show you a picture of the windows that opened next but
we would like you to click on the New button

STEP 4: enter your email address and select advanced options then proceed by Clicking
connect

STEP 5: Next Select IMAP

Step 6: Enter the password you created when you created the
Email in your client area. If you have forgotten your password
you should get this error then simply click on Change account setting and make sure you enter all the
correct settings here


Step 7: Fill in your credentials ( Please note we have explained in other Support where to get your credentials)
Also, we have explained in other support blogs how to set up your email account in your client area.
It's important to always get your account set up first.
Step 8: COLOUR CODED

Yellow: Incoming & outgoing Mail server ( enter mail.your domain name.com)
Blue: Security Encryption ( SSL/TLS)
Orange: Incoming & Outgoing Port Numbers
green Click next and enter your password. This should connect you very easily but if it does not
don't worry because for everything else there is a master card
