STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
This information will assist you in adding a new email account to your subscription.
In this example, a new sales guy has started at the company and you would like to give him an email account.
- Simply log into your client area
- Navigate to the services
- Click on the service where the email account must be added and proceed to the Quick Create email account
Ensure that you give the new sales guys a strong password and proceed by clicking on the create button. You will receive an onscreen notification
that acknowledges the new email account and that it has been successfully created.

Next, you can proceed to the Email accounts under quick shortcuts to manage that email account.
