Where can I find My email Credentials?
This can be found in your client area.
Step 1: Log into your client area and click on services
Step 2: Log into the service you require
Step 3 Click on Log into Cpanel or scroll down to quick shortcuts and click on Email accounts
Step 4: Open up the email account and Click on Connect Devices
If you have forgotten your email password set a new one by clicking on the managed Option
Step 6: Here you can see all your Credentials
Here is a quick shortcut
User name: your email address
Password: This is not saved on the server but you can change it
Just go to your client area, log in to Cpanel and click on email accounts
Click on the manage option on the email you want to change the password and enter your password into the
New password block and click save.
Incoming mail: mail.yourdomain name.co.za
Outgoing mail: mail.yourdomain name.co.za
Port number incoming 993 ( IMAP ) 995 ( POP )
Port number outgoing 465 ( SMTP )
