Microsoft 365 Business Basic – Management & Setup

Included:

  • All Microsoft 365 web and mobile apps
  • Full setup and configuration for every user
  • 1 TB OneDrive cloud storage per user
  • Email and spam security with your domain
  • Domain registration or transfer (if required)

Subscription:

  • 12-month subscription billed monthly
  • Yearly commitment paid month-to-month

How it works:

  • A small setup fee per user covers Microsoft registration and full configuration.
  • R150 of this fee is paid directly to Microsoft for Licence setup.
  • Once registration is complete, clients must add their own credit or debit card to Microsoft 365 for billing.
  • Microsoft bills you for the Licence each month (about R150).
  • We bill you separately for management, hosting, and support — R250 per user per month.
  • If your Microsoft payment method is not added, the standard rate of R350 per user per month applies until your account is updated.
  • The remaining portion of the setup fee covers configuration of devices, email + Setup, OneDrive, and Windows optimization.

Microsoft provides the software. We handle everything else setup, hosting, security, and support.
